pre 2022 ADVG Balance

This charge is for the Remainder payment toward an Advanced Gun Dog - agreed upon pre 2022. By paying for this initial payment, you are agreeing to purchase, or complete a payment, a dog from Dark Timber Kennels out of a specific litter to the 10 month old Advanced Gun Dog level. Please do not place a deposit without first speaking with Dark Timber Kennels. Once you have placed a your payment for your new dog, payment is non transferable unless your dog is not able to pass the Advanced Gun Dog Test performed by Dark Timber Kennels. Payments are non Refundable under any circumstances. If your dog is not capable of passing this test, Dark Timber Kennels will begin to train another dog for you out of a litter of your choosing from any available litter within one year from the original deposit date. If you are purchasing the training contract that is already completed, the dog has already passed the testing process. All dogs come with a Microchip already installed and pre paid AKC Limited Registration at no additional cost. All dogs must be shipped or picked up within 7 days after the notification of the completion of your dog or additional charges may apply. There is no charge for the dog or puppy, only the training bill.
